Scrub Center Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) to the United States only. Some orders may ship via USPS (United States Postal Service).
*All orders require 24-48 hours to process before shipping, not including weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in California.
Ground Delivery
After the 24-48 hour processing period, not including weekends, the order will ship ground and normally takes an additional takes 3-7 days for delivery
Scrub Center Return Policy
Return / Exchange Policy
Our customers have a 15 day return policy upon delivery. If you are not satisfied with the products for any reason return them for a refund*, less shipping charges.
*Shipping charges are not refundable for all purchases.
Embroidered, Hemmed, Altered items are NOT RETURNABLE, EXCHANGEABLE, or REFUNDABLE.
Return Authorization Required
Before you return or exchange any item for any reason - You must first contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) which is required for all returns or exchanges, and shipping instructions.
